Initiate Your Request
Log into your MZ Watches account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the watch's condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your chosen exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
